SIRUI 50MM ANAMORPHIC LENS

The SIRUI 50mm f/1.8 lens for Sony E-mount cameras is a true anamorphic lens, not an adapter. It gives you a 50mm view vertically and a 37mm view horizontally for a 1.33x magnification that works with standard full 16x9 HD proportioned sensors. The lens supports APS-C sized sensors.

It features oval bokeh and blue streaks that are characteristics of a true cinema anamorphic lens.  The SIRUI has smooth, manual focusing in a small, lightweight design that mates perfectly with Sony E-mount cameras.

The anamorphic image recorded using the SIRUI needs to be desqueezed to be properly viewed. Most small monitors, such as the SmallHD or Atomos monitors can provide the desqueezing capability.
